Tree Service CRM is a business management and customer relationship platform designed for tree service companies and other service-based businesses.
The Service may include:

Scheduling and calendar features
Reporting and analytics
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business use only.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Violate SMS, email, or telemarketing laws
Infringe intellectual property rights
Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
Distribute malware or harmful content
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable communication laws, including consent requirements for SMS and email marketing.
5. Communications Compliance
If you use SMS, email, AI messaging, or automation features:
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients
You must comply with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local regulations
We do not assume responsibility for user communications sent through the platform
Violation of communication laws may result in account suspension.
6. Fees & Payments
If the Service includes paid subscriptions:
Fees are billed according to your selected plan
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and technology are the property of Increase ROAS Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Reverse engineer the platform
Copy or resell the software
Reproduce proprietary materials without permission
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of customer data entered into the CRM.
However, you grant us a limited license to process and store data for the purpose of operating the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for:
Downtime
Third-party provider failures
Data loss due to external factors
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violation of these Terms
Illegal or abusive behavior
Non-payment
You may cancel your account at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Increase ROAS Inc. shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
Business results
Revenue outcomes
Legal compliance of user communications
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Increase ROAS Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
